Glue pasting-up and pressing machine for manufacturing SIPs  SNKP is an automatic machinery for manufacturing SIPs. It is composed of three parts.

Part 1. Glue pasting-up. It consists of the control for glue pasting-up gantry, the distributing syrinx, the pump, the compressor, the line control board, glue bucket. Glue is supplied from the barrel placed on the basement. Glue is supplied by a special pump. Glue pasting-up on the surface of OSB or foam plasic sheet is performed through the special syrinx. The glue supply speed and the gantry moving speed are controlled by the control board. You can use either single-component or bicomponent adhisive (with the hardener). You can use water as the hardener. The water is sprayed through special sprayers set on the syrinx. The syrinx should be cleaned daily. If the syrinx is clogged up, you can use the spare one (the set icludes two syrinxes) and continue working. You will not need to interrupt the manufacture process. The clogged up syrinx can be cleaned after the working day. The syrinx is mounted on an easily removable joint. It will take you under five minutes to change the syrinx.

Часть 2. Монтажный стол с рольгангами. Состоит из объемной рамы с рольгангами. На монтажном столе происходит сборка панели. После сборки панели,  СИП панель перемещается в пресс автоматически. Вдоль монтажного стола проложены рельсы, по которым движется портал нанесения клея (флейта). Привод рольгангов - цепной, через мотор-редуктор. Скорость движения рольгангов регулируется частотным регулятором. Начало движения и остановка - оснащены плавным пуском, что предотвращает сдвиг "свежих" панелей. Сборка панели осуществляется при помощи специальных упоров - кондукторов. Собрать СИП панель неправильно - нельзя.

Часть 3. Пресс. В прессе происходит выдавливание воздуха из СИП панелей, а также плотная фиксация листов пенопласта и плит OSB до момента полного склеивания частей СИП панели. Пресс состоит из собственно пресса и маслостанции. Гидравлический пресс работает в автоматическом режиме. В пресс подается стопка из СИП панелей. После этого панели автоматически зажимаются прессом. Время выдержки панелей регулируется с пульта управления. Управление движением пресса вверх\вниз также осуществляется с пульта управления. Пресс может работать в ручном и в автоматическом режиме.

Линия укомплектована двумя электро шкафами и одним пультом управления. Шкафы и пульт крепятся прямо на каркас линии. Подключение линии необходимо проводить под контролем нашего технолога!

Регламентные работы по станку по производству СИП панелей СНКП  включают в себя следующее:

The macine C-09 AUTO is meant for cutting foam plastic. The machine C-09 is a welded frame with two moving gantries with nichrome thread threads fixed on them. Threads tension is regulated by springs. Gantry moving is automatic. Incandecsance and speed are controlled by the control board included into the delivery set.

Nichrome thread diameter for linear cutting can be from 0.3 to 0.8 mm. The thickness of horizontal cutting is regulated with a screw-thread with an icrement of 1 mm. The machine is equipped with horizontal and vertical limit switches to limit the gantries movement. Temperature settings for cutting threads can be stored in the control board memory. The time of starting operation mode for the machine C-09 is 1 minute.

Warranty for foam plastic cutting machine - 1 year

The mill is meant for crushing foam plastic wastes which appear at cutting a foam plastic block. The mill is composed of a metalic body, an electric motor, with two knives on the shaft and four back knives fixed on the mill body and a removable caliber grid. The material to be crushed is delivered from above through the limiters. The shaft with the crushing knives, while rotating, breaks a piece of foam plastic into smal particles with the back knives.Crushing fraction depends on a partition of the caliber grid. Normally the mill is supplied with the grid of 15*20 mm partition.

The SIPs cutting machine is meant for cutting of SIPS into sheets of required configuration. The machine can also perform oblique cutting. The machine consists of a bulk frame with a cyclic saw fixed on it. The saw is driven by an electric motor. The saw is fixed on the supporting pivot bearings with the strong fixation of the saw lean angle. The star-stop of the saw is performed by the control board. The quality is achieved due to the high speed of saw. The machinery construction excludes any opportunity of contact of the saw with the service staff.    

The machinery frame has a moving board with clamps for SIPs. Only one person can cut a 3-metters panel into any fragments. The board moves on the special rails. The movement is controlled by an operator. The cutting angle is controlled manually and fixed by the screws. The leaning angle can be from 0 to 45 degrees. The saw has a protective cover. The control board has a button of emergency stop.

The machine is delivered assembled. To start working you will need to assemble it under our technologist’s supervision and connect it to electricity. The operation mode is started within 1 minute.

The maintenance works of the SIP cutting machine are a daily cleaning and weekly greasing of the supporting bearings.

The SIP milling cutter is meant for cutting grooves on the SIPs at preparing SIPs for a particular project. Groove cutting is necessary for inserting a docking bar. The machine consists of a mounting and a working item – a set of abrasive discs. The discs are fixed on the engine’s shaft. The milling cutter not just removes the unnecessary foam plastic. It also removes the excess glue from the surface of a SIP. The thickness resetting time is under 15 minutes.

The mounting is made of a metal pipe. The upper surface of the machinery has guideways. The guideways and cutting depth are controlled mechanically and fixed by screws. The control board has the emergency stop button. The machine is serviced by two people. The dust is removed by a special vacuum cleaner.
